Melissa
It is important for me to mention that I did not become health oriented inherently. It took a lot of pain, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, to get here. Today I have the perspective that our pain becomes our purpose if we let it positively shape us. I find authenticity to be an essential aspect of coaching. I have been sober since November, 14, 2016. Since then, I have been freed of nicotine addiction, psychiatric medications, toxic relationships, eating disorders, self-abandonment, and straying from fear. I am also a recovering health fanatic, and love finding a balance to be sustainable in my health choices and enjoy life at the same time! Beyond these experiences, a horseback riding injury at 16 years old, and good advice from a doctor to strengthen my core brought me into my love for exercise. I believe in living holistically to create a life that is healthy and happy.
